Nostalgic travel and tourism interaction by GPS at Nagpur

Nagpur was in nostalgic mood. GPS organised an event at Hotel Centre Point Nagpur with full gusto where more than 200 tour operators, agents and other stake holders  IMG_3199flocked together to navigate the tourism industry in a profitable direction 15despite imposing of service tax and other levies by the Government of India. The main attraction was the knowledge sharing seminar which helped the participants from the travel and tourism industry for business 16growth and to tackle the effects of demonetisation, to learn the management tricks and groom the business in a corporate way. In today’s scenario the tour operators and other stake holders FullSizeRenderconnected with tour and travel trade are worried a lot. It is understood that due to   imposing of the service tax the tourism industry is going to suffer a lot. Keeping this in view, GPS arranged IMG_3201knowledge sharing seminar by inviting the experts who could throw light on the burning issues relating to the industry. The seminar was not only educative but indeed quite helpful in solving the present day 11problemsTVC logowith certain concrete solutions. The various interesting topics were covered by the experts with wide ranging issues like Product presentations, Cyber Security,
12Travel Business, Art of Guerrilla Marketing and Redefining Travel Commerce. The presentation on Goods & Service Tax (GST) by CA Manish Gadia covered several issues relating to GST.  The 18topic covered by Gadia ‘Learn how GST will affect your business-Take informed decisions’ led 19to interactions for clarification of doubts from many enthusiastic participants. With elucidative examples by the experts resolved majority of the issues and confusions from the image1minds of the tour operators. The other topics covered by the experts divulged the details of their 20products. The evening was equally  exciting when the guests were 24entertained by the fire dancer and TVC logo                                            soulful music rendered by 16 years old young boy, Jairaj Manchanda (Acoustic Singh)  who shot into fame on YouTube through his melodious songs.
21GPS is indeed into the business when it stands with its tour operators and stake holders for boosting their business to a new level.
