On the auspicious occasion of Shivratri, Haryana Chief Minister, Manohar Lal, visited Baba Bhurstha Temple in village Rathiwas, district Mahendergarh where he performed Jalabhishek by offering water on the Shivling and also participated in Yajna.
While addressing the people on this occasion, the Chief Minister said that he prayed for the welfare of people and development of the State. May Lord Shiva keep showering his blessings on the people, he added.
He said that due to the blessings of Lord Shiva, he got an opportunity to perform Jalabhishek at Baba Bhurstha Temple here.
Earlier, Education Minister, Ram Bilas Sharma, welcomed the Chief Minister on his arrival at village Rathiwas.
Among those present on this occasion included Finance Minister, Capt. Abhimanyu, Deputy Speaker of Haryana Vidhan Sabha, Santosh Yadav, Chairmen of various Boards and Corporations and other prominent people.
