NITIKA PAWAR SECRETARY OF SOCIAL WELFARE VISITED THE SENIOR CITIZEN HOME SECTOR 15-D CHANDIGARH

Nitika Pawar, Secretary of Social Welfare visited the Senior Citizen Home, Sector 15-D, Chandigarh. During the visit, Secretary of Social Welfare reviewed the overall functioning, living conditions, duty roster, food menu chart, medical facilities, etc. available in the Senior Citizen Home.

She also interacted with the senior citizen residents who expressed their satisfaction with the facilities and service being provided at the Senior Citizen Home. The department was directed to reopen the Day Care Centre available for the recreation of Senior Citizens as well as to streamline the donation mechanism for the Senior Citizen Home.
