Novotel Chandigarh Tribune Chowk appoints Tikka Manpreet Singh as Executive Chef

Novotel Chandigarh Tribune Chowk has appointed Tikka Manpreet Singh as its Executive Chef. Manpreet comes with over 16 years of experience having worked with international and Indian brands including The Taj, J. W. Marriott, IHG, Carlson and The Oberoi Group of Hotels and Resorts. He holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from AHLA, Chandigarh. In his most recent assignment, Manpreet was associated with Holiday Inn, Panchkula as their Executive Chef.
Chef Manpreet in his role at Novotel Chandigarh will be responsible for curating menus, innovating recipes for both Food Exchange, contemporary all-day dining and Curves, the Lounge bar at the hotel.
Chef Tikka has been passionate about cooking since his childhood, which motivated him to take it up as his profession. When he is not cooking up a storm in the hotel’s kitchen, he likes exploring different global cuisines and enjoys travelling with his family and his pet. He is also fond of motorsports and is passionate about cars and bikes.
Novotel Chandigarh Tribune Chowk is strategically located in Chandigarh, offering proximity to government offices, shopping areas and high-end residences. The hotel features 120 rooms, two food and beverage outlets, banquet halls, event rooms, and recreational facilities including a swimming pool and a fitness centre.
