The Corona Virus pandemic has created waves of panic across the world with businesses and economies suffering and finding new ways to survive. Although, airlines have started operations in these unprecedented times there is a constant fear of travelling and safety.

Companies are thinking out of the box and getting innovative. One good idea coupled with great implementation can change the face of things as we know it. Start-ups armed with technology and innovative ideas are trying to make things simpler and Safer for society. A decade ago, commuting through cab aggregators, selling your car online or connecting with like-minded people in ‘cloud’ were far-fetched ideas. Not anymore. They are more than a norm now. Adding to this list is a company that is poised to bring about a revolution in the skies, quite literally.

Prince Air, an Indian start-up by Sanket Raj Singh is all set to be the first of its kind in the country to offer a private jet subscription service. Yes, you read it right.

Prince Air will give its members the power to ‘safely-fly’ unlimited on company owned private jets without the hassle of struggling through crowded airport queues or showing up an hour or two before their flight takes off. This service comes at the right time, where demand from business executives has drastically reduced due to their concern about getting on a crowded flight.

Prince Air members will have the flexibility to move in and out of Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru with ease. How would this service work, you ask? This app-based solution will allow its members to buy a monthly subscription and book flights within seconds, much like a cab. The members have to shell out anything between $1500 and $3000 (INR 1 Lakh and 2 Lakh) as a part of their monthly subscription fee for an unlimited number of flights. This simply means enjoying the luxury and efficiency of a private jet at a price tag that does not burn a hole in one’s pocket, and give you the flexibility to fly without having to worry about crowds at the airport. In simple numbers, the cost of flying can be brought down by 80 percent to 90 percent compared to travelling on a private jet. The hassle of maintaining a private jet, parking charges and idle time is automatically erased in the process. If this sounds too good to be true, there’s more.

Apart from a robust digitized system to subscribe and book the service, there will be a facility of Sanitised VIP entrance spots at designated airports in Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru where the members can arrive just 20 minutes before departure. The members will be able to skip the arduous airport security lines to get VIP access during check-ins and boarding.

Right from booking to boarding, the jet service can be customized through the app on a handheld device.

The company will have an extensive fleet of some of the most luxurious private jets that are designed to match the needs of discerning fliers. Beginning with a fleet of six Bombardier or Embraer jets that can seat 16 to 20 passengers, the company plans to add more in future.

Prince Air has also collaborated with various luxury brands across genres to add to the Safe flying experience. The fliers can enjoy facilities that are otherwise reserved for those who own private jets such as a chauffeured luxury car service for airport pickups and drops. What more?
Beginning with the most frequented business routes (read Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru), the company will also start operations in other cities and business hubs as well. There have been delays in launching the airline due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, but the Airline will be ready to take off in a few months time.
