The Chief of Staff exhorted the youth to excel in academics and sports and cherish dreams to become valuable and responsible citizens of the country through self empowerment.

The main aim of the tour is to motivate students from remote areas of North East India and to get a first hand feel of development and cultural diversity in other regions of our country and also expose the students to higher education facilities. The experience so gained on culmination of this tour will open new horizons for these youth who are currently studying in X class.
