A project initiated by TruJet conceptualized by Valmiki Hari Kishan, Valmiki Foundation in association with  SeshankaBinesh from Pratyusha Support further supported by Novotel Airport, Southern Travels, Vhonk and Rotary, Skal and Jindal Steel Works.

Trujet has completed 3 years of their operations successfully and established their name as a Regional carrier of Telangana State and now ready to expand in Pan India.  On account of 3rd Anniversary, Trujet and Valmiki Foundation along with Pratyusha support jointly came forward to boost up the confidence levels of Orphan Children to take them into skies on a Joy Ride for which they named it as WINGS OF HOPE – as these budding wings need an encouragement and support that they too can fly.  Proved with the first batch successfully completed with 24 Children from Hyderabad to Vidyanagar to show Hampi for the Children.  Valmiki Foundation has been working on this project for a very long time and only looking for a partner airline luckily they have come across and since this is a project they decided to involve more players in this Mission 300 as the target they set for this year is to airlift 300 underprivileged children. Vishwanath CFO of TruJet, Senthil Commercial Head, Padmshree Dr Manjula Anaghani,  Co-founder Pratyusha Support, Seshanka Binesh Co-Chair Wings of Hope and Mrs.Universe North West Asia 2018 Rumana Sinha Sehgal addressed the Press Meet hosted by Novotel Airport just before the Children take off the flight on 30th July 2018.

Valmiki Hari Kishan’s brain Child Wings of Hope kick started with a flag off by Film Celebrity Couple Samantha Akkineni and Naga Chaitanya.  This is just a beginning said by Valmiki who emphasised the need of hour towards the Corporate Social Responsibility and also praised the Airlines Trujet who have come forward to take up this challenge.  He also described the project of Mission 300 Children will be given a flying experience and those NGOs who wanted to send/ nominate their Children they can list out the names of the kids who are securing good rank in education to pat them this is real motivation and also wakes up other children in the NGOs so that most of the children wanted to compete to secure good marks in pursue of flying in the air.

CCO of TruJet Sudheer Raghavan narrates his childhood story how his father faces problems when they migrated debriefed the kids not to lose hope in the life to motivate children further to that he also promised that Trujet will continue its contribution to the community as he truly believes no community no business and without business there is no community. Further, he added next year on account of 4th anniversary 400 children will be taken in the air with the support of Valmiki Foundation likewise every year grow the numbers will be more so that more children will have the Joy Ride under the Wings of Hope Project.

CFO of Trujet K.G Vishwanath addressing to Media promised the children as far as the Trujet concern we do our best and look after these children and make sure that they are no long underprivileged. We extend all our support to increase the number of seats for many more children in the coming future. He thanked Valmiki for making such a beautiful project called Wings of Hope and he further promised all kind of support in this regard will be provided.

Padmashree Dr. Manjula Anaghani Co-Founder of Pratyusha Support felt that these young budding wings really need to fly free in the air and we are so happy to join with Valmiki Foundation as this project Valmiki Hari Kishan expressed with us long back and unfortunately this did not happen and now we are so happy that it has come to a shape and so many children are getting benefited.  Happy Home is supported by Pratyusha so about 10 Girls were selected to fly in this first batch and she wished all the best of luck for this project to go longer.

Mrs. Universe North West Aisa 2018 Rumana Sinha Sehgal expressed her happiness when Valmiki Foundation offered her an opportunity if she can fly with Children and share her success story above 20,000 feet high in the air.  She travelled with the kids and returned on the same day flight back to Hyderabad whereas the Children stayed by one night in Vidyanagar.

Co-Chair for Wings of Hope Seshanka Binesh expressed her happiness to be part of this initiative of Trujet and she also says he is luckiest person to associate with Valmiki Foundation from the day one of the project and promised that it’s a good combination that Valmiki and Pratyusha Support already worked earlier in few projects and this is going to be super duper hit.

Senthil Raja Commercial Head of Trujet thanked the entire team who involved in this project and particularly to Valmiki Hari Kishan who has been guiding force for us as far as Social Services concerns when he initially gave us this thought we were worried how well this go as the thought is good but how to execute. When Valmiki said everything he will look into it just we need to offer the seats that made us happy to join hands with him and today we are the proud partner with Valmiki.

On Conclusion Valmiki Hari Kishan Chairman – Wings of Hope thanked Novotel Hyderabad for coming forward to host the press meet, he also thanked Southern Travels who have joined in this project as Transport partner, he also thanked Vhonk who are the digital partners, he also recognised the efforts taken by Rotary Club of Vijayanagar Steel City and Jindal Steel Works who came forward to host them with lodging and boarding followed by a Hampi Tour. Valmiki also thanked Skal International and Rotary International who are also part of this noble cause.

Children expressed their overwhelming joy before taking off the flight and after landing, there were no end for their happiness and joy.  The Pilot has announced each and every child name on board which shows the care and concern Trujet is showing on this project and its beneficiaries.

After landing in Vidyanagar President of Rotary Club of VSL Steel City Rtn. Shanthi Shankar, Secretary Rtn. Manjula Varma, Mrs.Pattanshetty President Inner Wheel, Assistant Governor Zone 6 Rtn Ashwin Kotambri received with a grand welcome at the Airport and transported all the children to Vidyanagar Township Guest House. Amazing arrangments done by JSW Jindal Steel Works for the kids with sumptuous food. Also a short tour to Hampi the following day.

Evening a grand Cultural show organised to entertain the kids followed by the Rotary meeting. Valmiki Hari Kishan graced the evening as Chief Guest and Guest of Honour the President of JSW Mr.RajasekharPattanshetty addressed the gathering and exchanged the views on various CSR activities JSW taking care. Mr.Manjunath Prabhu Vice President CSR JSW Steels also attended the meet.

During the day Chairman Valmiki Hari Kishan and Seshanka visited an NGO in Thornagalluvillege escorted by Nataraj of JSW.  There are about 50+ Children are there and many of these children parents are daily labours who go the Hills for stone pelting and drunken parents who do not pay any attention on the kids and they are even ready to sell their kids.  The NGO name is Chaitanya Trust being run by a local volunteer from there the team selected 10 bright kids to be given a chance to be part of Wings of Hope. These children will fly from Vidyanagar to Hyderabad and return to Vidyanagar the dates will be finalised shortly.
