Initiating the Coffee Conversation, Mrs Jyoti Mayal, President, WITT & TAAI welcomed Dr Chandra and other participants and apprised them about the purpose of organizing the web workshop. Mrs Mayal said that the Woman is a full circle, within her is the power to create, nurture, and transform. She also said that Wellness could be related to Physical, Spiritual, Social, Occupational, Cultural etc. And, hence, we should remember that wellness is not simply the absence of illness or stress, but a broad practice of internal and external behaviours even when experiencing challenges, she added.
